DESCRIPTION

T.C. 850-CW is a low viscosity, general-purpose liquid and an alkaline, spray washer cleaner. It will remove heavy soil deposits quickly and completely. T.C. 850-CW was formulated specifically for removing processing soils from aluminum and its alloys, but it may also be used on tin plate, galvanized, copper, brass, and ferrous metals. It is free rinsing and will produce a water break free surface. The high solids content provides economy in use.

ADVANTAGES

T.C. 850-CW is an effective spray cleaner formulated especially for aluminum and its alloys, prior to further processing. However, its use need not be limited to aluminum. It may be used on the ferrous and nonferrous metals listed below. It is especially useful in preventing flash rusting on cast iron surfaces. It minimizes and controls foam due to buildup of drawing and polishing compounds in a pressure spray washer, thus increasing the life of the washing solution.

MATERIAL SAFETY

It is safe, when used as directed on aluminum, tin, galvanized, copper, brass, iron, steel, cast iron, stainless steel, and nickel.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

1/2 to 4 oz./gal. in water depending on the type and amount of soil. Use between 110° and 160° F. in a spray washer.

CAUTION

ALKALINE. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, flush skin with plenty of water; for eyes, flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention.

STORING INSTRUCTIONS

Store in a dry place. Keep container closed. If frozen, thaw and mix to make usable.
