T.C. 167 |
PRIMARY APPLICATION
Specially formulated T.C. 167 is a modern, single-packaged powdered alkaline material for electro-conditioning brass and other copper alloys before painting. By reverse current (or soak) cleaning, T.C. 167 removes oils, some buffing compounds and other shop soils while preventing tarnish from forming on the surface. T.C. 167 combines exceptional detergent action with effective anti-tarnish protection. During reverse current cleaning, as well as during periods of transfer from cleaner to rinse, the work is chemically protective against the tarnishing effect of oxygen. If automatic equipment is used, this feature is even more beneficial.
