DESCRIPTION
T.C. 1627 is a heavy-duty alkaline powder that penetrates tough soils quickly and produces a clean part due to a unique blend of surfactants. It possesses superior electrical conductivity and is effective for both direct and reverse current cleaning. A protective foam blanket prevents any fume problems while allowing scouring activity in the tank. Built-in water softeners eliminate film build-up and provide for complete rinsing.
USE
T.C. 1627 is used at 4 to 12 ounces/gallon at 160°F to 200°F and 30 to 100 amp/sq ft, dependent upon soil load. It is safe on ferrous metals, stainless steel, chrome, and lead. It is not safe on soft metals, such as zinc, aluminum, galvanized or tin, unless etching is desired.

CAUTION
Highly alkaline - contains caustic material. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Should contact occur, flush skin with water thoroughly; for eyes, flood with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention.
