T.C. 135 |
DESCRIPTION
T.C. 135 is a granular, alkaline, biodegradable cleaning compound for ferrous metals.
PROPERTIES
T.C. 135 provides good detergency and emulsification properties. It will remove drawing and processing oils and shop dirts. T.C. 135 rinses freely and affords a controlled foam blanket. It has good conductivity and longevity. T.C. 135 may be employed effectively at ambient or low temperatures up to 185°F.

These conditions may be varied as required to provide optimum cleaning.
HANDLING AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Since it is an alkaline product; skin and eye contact should be avoided. Working personnel should wear rubber gloves, goggles, boots and other proper protective clothing when handling or making up solutions. In case of accidental contact, wash immediately with large quantities of water and get medical attention. Always add slowly and with constant agitation to water when preparing work solutions. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Do not take internally. If swallowed, drink large amounts of water and at least once ounce of vinegar in an equal volume of water. Call a physician. An eye/face fountain and safety deluge shower should be available in the work area.
