| T.C. 1066 |
DESCRIPTION
After considerable laboratory testing and actual field trials, Tru-Chem has developed the synthetic fluid for general machining, particularly for the grinding of both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
T.C. 1066 does not contain mineral oil, phenolic compounds, nitrites, or PTBBA. It is safe to use at all recommended dilutions and forms a clear stable solution in both hard and soft water.
T. C. 1066 solutions exhibit very good anti-corrosion properties coupled with a high resistance to bacterial growth thus providing long coolant life particularly with respect to central systems.
It is recommended that when changing from conventional stable oil or another synthetic grinding coolant to T.C. 1066, the entire machine tool circulating system be thoroughly cleaned and sterilized.
