| T.C. 101 |
DESCRIPTION
T.C. 101 is a liquid drawing compound and rust preventative. It provides rapid sheeting of the work for spot-free and streak-free parts. T.C. 101 reduces drying time and thus reduces the chance for flash rust to develop. This product will also provide film strength for light draws. This product is also designed for heavy duty indoor and short-term exterior rust prevention.
USE
Actual concentrations of T.C. 101 are dependent upon the individual operating conditions of the system. T.C. 101 can be used at 5% to 25% for stamping and indoor productions. Use heat for outdoor protection.

CAUTION
T.C. 101 is mildly alkaline. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Should contact occur, flush skin and eyes with copious amounts of water for 15 minutes.
APPLICATION
T.C. 101 exhibits better protection on metal surfaces that are stored in acid atmospheres such as fumes from acid scrubbers or pickling baths. Use in blanker and press line lubricant applicators to protect from rust after forming. T.C. 101 is applied, when forming automotive parts, by dipping, spraying or roll coater.
